Jim Erickson, VP of Performance & Ops.

Jim has been with PROSHRED® Chicago since 2006. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling with his family to their cabin while making time in the winter to hit the ski slopes out West!

John Callaghan, Assistant Manager

John has been working at PROSHRED® Chicago since 2013. He started out as a Customer Service Professional (CSP), and worked his way up to Assistant Manager in 2021. In John's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and watching football and baseball. 

Jeremy Ware, Information Security Specialist (Sales Rep.)

As a Sales Representative, Jeremy loves helping customers fulfill both their regular service as well as their one time purge needs. When he's not at work, he enjoys watching/playing sports, reading, spending time with family, and grilling outdoors on a nice day.
