This is my new go to place for shredding. I brought the boxes in and they charged me five dollars for each standard file box. I just called them on the phone when I arrived and a super nice guy named Austin met me at the back door. He even helped me unload the 16 boxes from the back of my truck, open them, and dump them in the bins. They do not shred the empty boxes but there’s a dumpster right there to throw away your boxes if you don’t want them. I took my boxes home and recycled them. This place cost a lot less then the place I was using. For price and service they have my business from now on.
I had arranged to drive 3.5 hours to meet a different company at an office I'm closing, only to be stood up. After calling around in a panic, I found Pro-Shred. Angela sent her husband, (not even the regular driver!), who had been in a different city to help! He got there fast, they communicated with me the entire time, and he got it done quickly so we could be back on the road. Their pricing was actually lower than the other company and they went so far out of their way to help me. They were amazing and I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Proshred is awesome. Angela and her great team of guys came through for us. We called her at 5 p.m. Tuesday afternoon because we were in urgent need of a shred truck. She confirmed immediately that she would have two trucks on site at 8 AM the next morning. They actually arrived at 7:45 AM and took care of 4 huge carts of documents. They guys were so courteous and worked non-stop until they had all the documents shredded. Very professional and great customer service. I highly recommend them.
I called in the morning and they said I could bring it over anytime. I brought a few boxes and bags worth of old bills, checks and paper and Dalton was great. He was nice, quick & handled my documents carefully. The cost was great! Just make sure you have enough for the minimum.
I'll be back again to shred some CDs and Hard drives.
We use Proshred at the law firm I work for to shred all of our documents and they are great. They always work around our schedule and are affordable. I would suggest them to anyone who needs shredding services. They are top notch!
ProShred Dallas came out last year to help us with a successful "Shred Day" for our church members. I took over my job with the church as Business Director and found dozens of old, half-destroyed records in the attic. We have since signed up with ProShred to continue on a bi-monthly basis to keep our record area clean!
