The Colony did not exist prior to 1969, when house designers Fox and Jacobs (given that acquired by Centex) bought the majority of the land situated at State Freeway 121 and Farm to Market Roadway 423. They prepared the development of a brand-new “dream city” imitating the city of Dallas, consisting mainly of single-family houses organized as a “colony”. The Colony is the home of the 5 Star Athletic Complex, finished in 2003. This enclave was called the Sports Illustrated 50th Anniversary Sports Town of The United States in 2005.

I brought the boxes in and they charged me five dollars for each standard file box. I just called them on the phone when I arrived and a super nice guy named Austin met me at the back door. He even helped me unload the 16 boxes from the back of my truck, open them, and dump them in the bins. They do not shred the empty boxes but there’s a dumpster right there to throw away your boxes if you don’t want them. I took my boxes home and recycled them. This place cost a lot less then the place I was using. For price and service they have my business from now on. read less

Angela sent her husband, (not even the regular driver!), who had been in a different city to help! He got there fast, they communicated with me the entire time, and he got it done quickly so we could be back on the road. Their pricing was actually lower than the other company and they went so far out of their way to help me. They were amazing and I would recommend them wholeheartedly! read less

She confirmed immediately that she would have two trucks on site at 8 AM the next morning. They actually arrived at 7:45 AM and took care of 4 huge carts of documents. I brought a few boxes and bags worth of old bills, checks and paper and Dalton was great. He was nice, quick & handled my documents carefully. The cost was great! Just make sure you have enough for the minimum.
