I had a car-load of sensitive paperwork that needed shredding and (due to my poor planning) had to be done TODAY. I pulled up 20 minutes before they closed and the manager, Hector, came out and unloaded three giant rolling containers from my car!! If he was frustrated about it being so close to closing time, I certainly couldn’t tell!! He was nice as he could be, as was the woman who helped me pay my bill. They arrived within the window provided and the driver was professional. I received the certificate of shredding along with the serial numbers of the cell phones just as promised.
