This place is great and we always have our shredding done here. Out of curiosity I checked the UPS store this year because proshred was closed when I stopped by and UPS quoted me over $200 for our 7 banker boxes. I went back to proshred the next day, dropped them off, and paid $50 for the 7 boxes. I believe that they charge more if they pick up from you but you can't argue with a $150 savings!

Great place. Lost one star because the website says it's open until 4 pm. However, the sign on the building says 3 pm. I got there at 3:08 and couldn't get service.

These days it can seem hard to find companies with excellent customer service. ProShred always answers the phone when you call and employees are always nice and are always willing to help. When Kan comes to our office to pick up, he is always happy and professional. 5-star service. 5-star company!!!!

I dropped off a few electronics including an old vacuum and a broken Keurig, it was as easy as that. Johnson County, KS has a partnership with them, so I didn't pay for those items. But I'm sure larger items like an 80 inch TV set won't go for free, check first. 😉

Local folks, great flat rate prices. No surcharges, no ten page contracts, no hidden fees, no gimmicks. NO BS. These folks were great!

It was time for us to clean out our office and they brought out a truck and shredded all of yhe documents on site. The price seemed fair. My only complaint was that gave us a 2 hour window, but were quite late and did not call to update us.
