They called me the day before my appointment and gave me a two hour window and the driver called 30 minutes before arrival. I had about 200 lbs of sensitive files in several large bags out in the driveway. The driver dumped everything into a large container and the mechanical arms picked it up and it disappeard inside the truck where you could hear it shredding for a couple minutes. Everything was contactless as they had my CC on file. The whole event was 20 minutes or less and I received an email receipt with certificate of shredding. Unbelievable!
