Shredding Bins and Consoles
PROSHRED® San Francisco Bay Area, provides clients with several secure shredding bins and consoles for collecting confidential documents. These bins are easily and securely transported to the on-site shredding truck to undergo scheduled document destruction service.

Security Consoles
Together with regularly scheduled paper shredding service arrangements, our team will provide you with our high-quality security consoles at no charge within your facility. These are strategically placed throughout your office for convenient and fast use by your staff. You never have to worry about keeping paperclips, staples, metal clips, or bound materials separate. Simply place the documents in the console and leave the destruction process to us. Our shredding process is entirely hassle-free.
Our security consoles have a higher volume capacity than most in the industry, saving you money by allowing for more materials to be shred during each scheduled service.

Our security consoles are neutral-colored with a furniture-like feel that blends effortlessly with office décor. The one-way feed-slot design ensures paper cannot be manipulated. Wide feed slot can accept up to 400 pieces of paper at a time. Durable nylon bag or cardboard box insert ensures clean, efficient retrieval.
High-Volume Security Bins
For higher volume areas like mailrooms, copy rooms or warehouses, these wheeled plastic carts are very durable and easy to maneuver throughout your facility. Our high-volume security bins, available in 64-gallon or 96-gallon sizes, are secured with a padlock system to guarantee that wherever your bins are, your sensitive material is securely protected inside. We work with you to determine the best location and mix of bins and consoles for your particular space and requirements.

Top-loading, durable plastic containers for high paper volumes, cut security slot to ensure paper cannot be collected from inside and wheeled and well-balanced for easy maneuvering.
Personal Desk-Side Container Features:
Dimensions: 13 ¼” x 16 ¾” x 12″ (other sizes available if required) Top-loading, durable plastic container holding up to 2,000 pieces of paper, secure lock, using the same locking system as your security consoles for added convenience, and a one-way feed slot design, preventing paper retrieval.

The Banker’s Box is our unit of measure for all pricing and quotations for one-time services. This is a convenient way for our clients to understand their volume.
Banker’s Box Pricing Methodology:
The bin that we use when shredding your documents is the 96 Gallon Bin. This bin holds precisely ten (10) Banker’s Box size boxes of documents. We use this bin as a large ‘measuring cup’ for your documents as we perform our shredding service.

We delayed the process for more than a year due to COVID but ultimately Proshred came through.
Angel drove a van up to my office, helped load all the documents and even went beyond her responsibilities to assist me in getting rid of paper in 3 ring binders. It took less than 30 min and a job that had taken a year to prepare for was done!
