NAID is the international trade association for companies supplying information destruction services. Certified and Bonded CSPs
All Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) at Proshred® Springfield, undergo a rigorous training program, each and every year. All CSPs receive a criminal background check, are given a drug test, and are obligated to sign a Customer Confidentiality Agreement pledging to protect each customer's sensitive information, while maintaining total confidentiality.
No Fuel Surcharge
Unlike several document shredding companies, Proshred® Springfield is one of few on-site shredding providers that will not charge additional fees for fuel, regardless of where our clients are situated in our Massachusetts service area.
No Management Fees
Our Proshred® Springfield clients will never experience any type of management fee. Several of our competitors will charge this fee but fail to notify you until after the shredding has been completed.
No Trip Fees
Proshred® Springfield does not charge any additional trip fees, like other shredding companies. You can expect one, simple and consistent price.

From my initial encounter with Kevin via telephone to pick up of our documents by Adam, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was excellent. We were called 3 times to ensure we knew the time of day of their arrival, their approximate arrival within 30 minutes and then we were called from the driveway! Adam made sure to alert us to come outside to watch the shredding process. Kevin provided quotes and explanations that were clear and ensured I knew what was included in the quote and what might cost extra. In this day of oft-times mediocre customer service, I am impressed with the care we received from Pro-Shred. We will definitely recommend this organization and use in the future! read less
