Great price for a great service. They were able to fit me into the schedule and come out and collect all of the hard drives that we accumulated over the years that were no longer needed and had to be destroyed. They came onsite, were friendly, professional and efficient with getting everything out and getting it shredded.In-between the initial call and them showing up, we ended up actually adding additional drives (25% more) and we let them know and they were still able to make the appointment and take the additional drives and get us squared away.

The cost involved was extremely fair and thoroughly and clearly detailed- no hidden fees or surprises. They were easy to reach and scheduling a time for their on-site shred service was simple. A really professional and friendly company that I would highly recommend and will use for all my on-site shredding needs.

I highly recommend Pro-Shred for all your document shredding needs! We shopped around to try and find the best option for our medical office needing 70+ boxes of patient files shredded and were so pleased to have found Pro-Shred. Natalie was super helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us all set up for a driver to meet us at our storage unit. The driver who met me onsite, Travis was very professional and courteous. He got everything loaded (after 6 trips) up and down via elevator done in just about an hour. I was very impressed with the overall care and professionalism we received. We saved quite a bit of money when we narrowed our decision down to Pro-shred. All up front costs were outlined from the get go and we were very happy with how everything went to get our files destroyed.
